Pharmacy
Pharmacies in Paris are generally open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. without interruption. They take turns closing on Sundays and sometimes also on Mondays. Find the on-call pharmacies here.

Where can I park my car?
You can park on the street and pay for parking Monday to Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., via the PayByPhone app. You also have the option of renting a parking space from our partner, One Park.

Are bed linens and towels provided?
We provide towels and linens for all guests.
Towels are placed on the bed, or on the sofa, or stored in the closets if the apartment has a sofa bed.
We can provide additional towels or linens for an extra charge. Please feel free to ask.
3.
Does the apartment have a baby cot?
Yes, a travel cot can be provided. It is usually already in the apartment. Please let us know before your arrival. Please note that bed linen is not provided.

J’ai perdu ou oublié les clés, que faire ?
You can reach us at +33 7 49 97 78 64 for any assistance should you encounter a problem.
In case of lost or forgotten keys, a fee of €50 applies for service calls between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
After 8:00 PM, service is not guaranteed and will be subject to an additional charge.
If a locksmith is required and the traveler is at fault, the traveler will be responsible for all costs.

My welcome kit is finished, what should I do?
The welcome kit includes essential items to help you settle in during your first few days.
This kit will not be replenished during your stay. We encourage you to purchase additional supplies at a nearby supermarket.
6.
I forgot my personal belongings in the apartment.
If you have forgotten an item, we can arrange for it to be sent by mail upon request. Shipping and any associated travel costs will then be charged.
Please note that, for hygiene reasons, food and toiletries are not stored.
