Positive: O apartamento está muito bem localizado, ideal para 4 pessoas, super limpo e cheiroso, muito sossegado. Muito bem equipado (placa de indução, frigorífico com congelador, máquina da loiça, máquina da roupa), espaço de relaxamento ideal na sala de estar, uma grande janela para jardim (ideal para arejar a casa) Negative: Necessário fazer uma boa gestão da água quente, vem de caldeirada, o que limita a utilização. Falta de microondas. Falta de um quick guide para usar a placa de indução.
