Positive: Waschmaschine mit Trockner funktioniert. Untere Etage sehr schön. Leichter Zugang, alles notwendige in Laufnähe. Zustand ist in Ordnung und ausreichend. Negative: Leider war der Luftentfeuchter nicht eingeschaltet, daher war in der unteren Etage eine verständlich hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit.
