Very elegant stay combined with clean, modern, and convinient apartment. Positive: The layout, configuration, location and modern design of the apartment. Costly but very much located conveniently to shops, restaurants, and metro. Negative: The WIFI is a joke…the bandwidth is limited and jams constantly. Please upgrade the service as internet connectivity now days is paramount. Likely for us I had cellphone international coverage which worked as plan B.

HOMELY We would definitely stay here again. Positive: Our French wasn't very good, but everyone we met in Ourcq were quite friendly and helpful. Metro was quite close and shops are just everywhere. We really felt at home. Also, there's a gorgeous park close by. Negative: I didn't get to meet Warren. He was just so helpful and understanding.

Fabulous stay in Paris Positive: The apartment was very clean and really comfortable. The beds were great and the rooms were large and well lit. Negative: The WiFi was not good. It would have been nice to leave enough coffee for the guests to have atleast one coffee per day

Positive: Very big, clean and cozy. Has all the facilities needed - hair drier, washing machine, coffee machine, 2 bathrooms, a big tv, etc. Would recommend for a group trip Negative: The check in and check out was a bit confusing

Instalaciones acogedoras pero situación incómoda en la llegada Positive: El apartamento es muy acogedor con instalaciones muy nuevas que te ayudan a sentirte cómodo. Tiene cerca una amplia variedad de restaurantes y algún supermercado, además de varias opciones de transporte público, incluido metro. El anfitrión nos permitió dejar las maletas antes de tiempo. Negative: Al llegar, tenían que hacer una instalación de wifi, que es entendible (llegamos antes). Sin embargo, la persona que gestionaba el apartamento y atendía al técnico durante la instalación se tomó demasiadas libertades, como si estuviese en su casa, incluso tumbándose en el sofá. La instalación no acabó y se demoraron más allá de las 16h (1h más tarde del check in), cuando ya tuvimos que indicar que nos teníamos que ir. Solo hay un juego de llaves.
