Apartment good, a lot stairs & safety concerns Positive: Responsive host prior to arrival, apartment a good size one bedroom apartment, cleaning was very good Negative: One of the windows that opened has no safety barrier so an toddler can fall from the 3rd floor, the 50 steps which include a steep spiral staircase. If you have a lot of bags it’s very hard, or if you are older you will struggle, there is no AC, it’s not advertised with AC but it was super hot apartment even in June…. The shower there os no door so water spills out to the floor can be dangerous if you are not careful

Ravis Positive: L’accueil par un être humain. Les bouteilles d’eau, les bonbons et les capsules de café. C’est tellement rare qu’il faut le souligner ! Negative: C’est anecdotique, il n’y a pas d’ascenseur

Excellent apartment with very Parisian atmosphere! Positive: Property offers an excellent location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The apartment is clean, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming stay. Public transport options are just around the corner, providing easy access to the city's main spots. You'll also find an abundance of convenience shops, cafes, and bakeries nearby, perfect for grabbing a quick snack or enjoying a meal. Kitchen was quite complete with all necessary pans, pots, and plates, allowing to prepare your own meals. Great staff, always available on whatsapp and keen to help. Negative: While the vacation flat was generally great, there were a few minor drawbacks. There were some marks on the blackouts and walls, likely left by previous guests. Another small downside was the absence of tea bags, especially when coffee pods were provided, which felt like a missed touch. The price might feel a little high for some, although this could be subjective, particularly considering the prime city center location.

Excelente estancia en París! Positive: La ubicación es muy buena! El departamento está muy bien equipado, cómodo y seguro. Decorado de buena forma, muebles en buen estado y espacios amplios. Frente a farmacia, supermercados. Buena guía pr parte del anfitrión para conocer el piso. Buenas sugerencias de servicios complementarios. Negative: El horario restringido para recoger las llaves
