At Even Gestion, we have established a clear and structured framework to support you confidently throughout your process.

Our goal is to offer you a simple, seamless, and transparent experience, allowing you to fully understand how our services work, their terms and conditions, and their limitations.


If unforeseen circumstances arise, or if you need to modify or cancel a service, we will do everything we can to assist you in the best possible way.

However, for contractual and organizational reasons, some services may not always be eligible for a full refund.


We therefore encourage you to carefully read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

They aim to describe, as clearly as possible, the rules applicable to our services, the payment methods, and the conditions for cancellation or modification.

 

Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC") apply to all services offered by Even Gestion, a company whose registered office is located at 22 boulevard Flandrin, 75016 Paris, France.

 

These GTC apply to all services offered by Even Gestion, including support and analysis services, as well as the booking and rental of apartments for travelers (hereinafter referred to as the "Client").


Any order or confirmation of services implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.


Our Services

Even Gestion offers:


Support, analysis, and valuation services, particularly in the following areas:

 

  • Financial or income valuations,

  • Personalized studies,

  • Advice tailored to the Client's situation.

 

Apartment management and rental for travelers, including:

 

  • Booking and renting apartments via the Even Gestion website,

  • Providing accommodations for guests' stays,

  • Supporting guests before and during their stay, with automatic sending of arrival information and practical guides to facilitate their settling in Paris,

  • Managing security deposits and property condition reports,

  • Ensuring guests comply with the house rules and handling any potential damages.


The essential characteristics of each service (including the apartments) are specified:

 

  • on the website,

  • or in written correspondence prior to confirmation.


Ordering/Booking Process


The service confirmation process is as follows:

 

  • The Client submits a request via the website or by direct contact.

  • Even Gestion then sends a quote or a detailed proposal, if applicable.

  • The Client confirms the service in writing or makes the required payment.

 

Specific process for apartment bookings:

 

  • The Client independently selects their desired apartment, dates of stay, and number of guests directly on the website.

  • As soon as payment is made, the booking is automatically confirmed.

  • After confirmation, the client automatically receives all the necessary information for their stay, including arrival details and practical guides to facilitate their arrival in Paris.


No service or booking is considered committed until explicit confirmation or payment is received.


Prices

Prices are expressed in euros and correspond to the rates in effect at the time of booking.


Prices may vary depending on:

  • The type of service or apartment,

  • The level of customization,

  • The length of stay or the time required to provide the service.

 

Even Gestion reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without retroactive effect.


Payment Methods
  • Services: Secure online payment or bank transfer upon receipt of an invoice issued by Even Gestion.

  • Apartments: Online payment or deposit, depending on the booking conditions.

  • A security deposit for apartments is required and will be returned immediately upon the client's departure. However, it may take a few days for the deposit to appear in the client's account, depending on the banking system.

  • Any service or stay that has commenced is considered due in full.


Apartment Rentals for Travelers
Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed upon full payment or deposit, according to the terms indicated during the booking process. After confirmation, the client automatically receives all the necessary information for their stay, including:

 

  • Arrival and access details for the accommodation,

  • Practical guides to facilitate their arrival in Paris.

 

Security Deposit

A security deposit is required for all reserved apartments.


It is refunded immediately upon the guest's departure.

However, the processing time 

The credit may take a few days to appear on the client's account, depending on the banking system.

Any material or immaterial damage found in the accommodation will be deducted from this deposit.


Inventory and Responsibilities


An inventory is carried out before the client's arrival and after their departure.

The client agrees to abide by all the rules of the accommodation and to avoid causing any material or immaterial damage.

Any breach resulting in damage may lead to a deduction from the security deposit.

The client is responsible for their own actions and those of any person present in the accommodation.


Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions are specified at the time of booking and may vary depending on the apartment chosen. After the start of the rental period, no refunds will be issued.


Cancellation by Even Gestion

In exceptional circumstances (unavailability, major organizational constraints, force majeure), Even Gestion reserves the right to cancel a service.


In this case, the client will be informed as soon as possible and offered:

 

a free cancellation,

an equivalent solution, at no additional cost.


If no satisfactory alternative can be implemented, a full refund of the sums paid will be issued.

 

Liability

Even Gestion declines all responsibility for any damage or incidents resulting from improper use of the accommodation by the client. The client is responsible for their own actions and those of any person present in the accommodation.


Credits and Postponements of Services

Even Gestion credits are granted only in exceptional circumstances and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of Even Gestion.


A credit allows the client to benefit from the service at a later date.

 

Applicable Conditions:

  • No cash refunds are possible based on a credit note.

  • A credit note cannot be carried over to another date.

  • Credit notes are valid for six (6) months from the date of issue.

  • They can be used by the original client or transferred to a person of legal age. 

Insurance

We recommend that our clients obtain insurance, if necessary, against risks that may impact their project or availability.


Even Gestion does not offer insurance directly.

However, upon request, we can provide the necessary documents to facilitate your dealings with your insurer.


No Guarantee of Results

The services provided by Even Gestion are based on information provided by the Client and on professional analyses.


The estimates, simulations, or recommendations provided do not constitute a promise or a guarantee of future results.

The Client remains solely responsible for the use of the information provided.


Personal Data

The personal data collected is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.


The Client may exercise their rights (access, rectification, deletion) by contacting:

Intellectual Property

All content, methods, documents, and elements present on the website or transmitted to the Client are the exclusive property of Even Gestion.


Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

 

Complaints and Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.

If no amicable agreement can be reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts.

 

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the Client does not have the right of withdrawal for services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period or for personalized services performed at the Client's request.

 

Applicable Law

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
